I recently purchased my transit connect from Andy at Stow car company and it was exactly as described if not better!! Nothing was to was to much trouble and from start finish the whole process was so easy. I would highly recommend and will definitely be the first place a look should I need anything in the future. All the vehicles on site looked to a very high standard!! Andy also gave me a very fair price for my truck in part exchange. All in all great experience 5 stars!!

The Service was absolutely spot on, no pressure to buy was left to have a good look at the vehicle and have a test drive in my own time at my own pace, was very professional and answered every query about the vehicle and was very helpful. Was one of the best experiences I have ever had when buying a vehicle. Kept me updated throughout the whole process and was easy to talk to and get in contact with. I've only positive things to say. I was left to examine the vehicle at my leisure, all questions quickly answered, test drive process easy, documentation to hand, the full inclusive service before pick up was great, backed by RAC, the money transfer was robust. They told me that they don't want to hear from me after the sale (they don't want me to have problems). All's perfect and they won't hear from me! We buy a vehicle every 10 years or so. It's a big deal for us. They made it easy. Thank you!

I was recently on the search for an Audi A4 for my wife and found one at Stow Car company that I liked the look of. Mark was at the sales office, he was very accommodating and had a no pressure approach and allowed me to take it out for a test drive. He had good knowledge of the vehicle. I reserved the car there and then and went back with my wife at the weekend for her to have a look. Andy was in the office on this day and he was also absolutely brilliant with his knowledge and no pressure approach. He was professional, polite and had a really genuine feel to him. My wife also loved the car and Andy completed the sale with no complications - a really easy process. The car is in brilliant condition, great service history and we are really pleased with the customer service we received. I would 100% recommend Stow Car Company. I have decent knowledge of cars myself and at no point did I feel like I was being misled or being fed false information. Genuine, honest and reliable service.

They were good as gold. I liked the fact that they were honest with me, so I would 100% use them again in the future if I were to buy another vehicle.

My family absolutely love the Transporter there was no pressure at the dealership my husband was given the time to look around and make a decision we very pleased with the purchase.

I have dealt with many car and motorbike dealers over the years, and I would put Stow Car Company right at the very top. Excellent service before, during, and after.

I found them very easy to deal with, very open and honest, it made the whole process easy.

Great small dealer to liaise with. Not a 5 star as I wanted to pay by credit card, but due to excessive charges, dealer was not keen to do so. This is NOT the dealers fault, its the credit card companies.

The van is fine, it was straight forward I knew what I wanted so I didn't have to go into great detail. When I went there they said to have a look around and make a decision in my own time, no pressure. It was quite convenient because they are local. I'd give them 4 stars because whilst I appreciate the relaxed approach, they could have shown a bit more interest pushing the sale.

Professional and easy exchange from calling regarding the van to completing exchange . Will recommend to family and friends and on very nice grounds too.

Couldn't fault the service, absolutely perfect. When I went there they let us get on with it, and were helpful with everything. The van has been great touch wood.

There was an issue when I first bought the car, but it's all sound now. I took it there, went on holiday, and it was fixed for when I got back. The guy I dealt with was a nice guy. I'd give them 4 stars.

I collected the vehicle up from the dealership, everything went swiftly, I wasn't waiting around for long, the staff were helpful and all seemed friendly. I am pleased with the Transit I went for, I haven't had any problems with it so far, I honestly can't fault the experience.

So far so good, no complaints with the vehicle I picked up for my mum she is happy with it. The customer service was great, everything was very well prepared for when I got to the dealership. No messing around which is what you want and just top service all round, I would recommend.

No pressure at all from the staff at Stow Car Company. They let me have a look around the car myself and take my time. It was really nice not to feel pressured or rushed into anything. Everything was very straightforward and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I have had a few issues pop up with the vehicle, however they seem to have sorted themselves out, so it's five stars from me.

This was a very enjoyable experience no messing the van was in fantastic clean condition everything as it should be, will definitely use these guys again a pleasure to deal with.

I would recommend Stow Car Company to friends and family because. Having had a really bad experience with an independent car dealer in the past, I was apprehensive about buying another from an independent dealer. However Andy and Mark really put my mind at rest and made the whole process really smooth. Great service. Thank you.

5 Rating, I like the appointment system when viewing a vehicle, least you know the vehicle is there to be viewed and you are not competing against others, no high level sales pressure, here's the keys , have a look and get the sales person if needed, good pre-sale preparation of the vehicle, honest time frame of when vehicle will be ready, handover of vehicle, again by appointment, so no rushing, both sales guys I had interaction with were polite and friendly, nice touch box of chocolate for the wife . Overall so far so good

I have had no problems with the Nissan Primastar that I purchased in July. This car will last me a good few years, but when I am due for an upgrade, I would not hesitate to go back to Stow Car Company.
